Medan Trip Day 3

The third day was a relaxing day as we were tired from the journey the day before.

Must showoff my 'batik' bag. Hehe.

Went for breakfast at Awei which is located within walking distance from Swiss-Belhotel. 

Soursop juice, also known as 'Jus Sirsak' by the locals

'Mee Pansit'. Its something like the combination of 'Wantan noodles' and 'Kolo mee'

After checking out from the hotel, we went for a city tour with a 'beca', kinda the economy taxi there. It was a thrilling experience indeed.

First we visited the Tjong A Fie Mansion. We didn't enter but just looked around and snapped some photos. The entrance fee is 35000 Rupiah (approximately RM12) including tour guide. 

The second stop was Maimun Palace which is located not very far away from the mansion.

The last meal before heading to the airport. It's Nasi Padang again. Yummeh~

Souvenir from Medan. Delicious cheesy swiss roll. Everyone on out flight back was seen to carry at least one of these boxes.
